According to reports the incident which lead to her arrest took place on July 7th and left Evan with a bloody nose and bite mark (although sources close to the actor have apparently denied the later). The couple were thought to have been fighting in their hotel room in Montreal at the time, Emma was later released after a few hours as according to US website TMZ as Evan decided not to press charges.
Emma – Julia Roberts’ neice, no less – has been dating Evan for just over a year. Police were apparently alerted to their fighting by a member of the public who overheard them. It is thought that they were both hitting each other but because of Evan’s obvious physical injuries, Emma was the one who was arrested.
Since the fight took place Emma and Evan have reportedly sorted out their differences and are back working together on ‘American Horror Story.’ Evan is not Emma's first famous boyfriend, she previously dated Glee star Chrod Overstreet and beautiful Brit actor Alex Pettyfer.
